Resource Manager
The Resource Managers are the primary liaisons between Weechi-it-te-win Family Services and the First Nation Community Care Programs. The Resource Managers act as consultants and ensure that information, administration and quality assurance flows from the First Nation Community Programs to Weechi-it-te-win Family Services and vice versa.
The main duties of the Resource Managers include: service mentoring, community liaison, capacity building, service administration as well as program and policy development. It is the responsibility of the Resource Manager to ensure quality services are being delivered at the community level by providing consultation, training, support, and mentoring. It is also the responsibility of the Resource Manager to ensure that all case management functions have met Ministry of Community and Youth Services regulations. The Resource Managers provide the technical support necessary to assist with the development of program policies as directed by the First Nation.
