Program Consultant
The Program Consultants are the primary liaisons between Weechi-it-te-win Family Services and the First Nation Community Care Programs. The Program Consultants act as consultants and ensure that information, administration and quality assurance flows from the First Nation Community Programs to Weechi-it-te-win Family Services and vice versa.
The main duties of the Program Consultants include: service mentoring, community liaison, capacity building, service administration as well as program and policy development. It is the responsibility of the Program Consultant to ensure quality services are being delivered at the community level by providing consultation, training, support, and mentoring. It is also the responsibility of the Program Consultant to ensure that all case management functions have met Ministry of Community and Youth Services regulations. The Program Consultants provide the technical support necessary to assist with the development of program policies as directed by the First Nation.
Weechi-it-te-win Family Services currently employs four Program Consultants who are assigned to various First Nation Community Care Programs.

Arlene has been with Weechi-it-te-win Family Services since 2001. She provides services for the Big Grassy Child and Family Care Program, Naicatchewenin Community Care Program and Other.
