Referral Package
Acomplete referral package should include any past assessments, social history, family constellation / dynamics and information that the referral source deems necessary. This information should be provided prior to the video consultation.

Who can make a referral?
Agencies that provide services to children and their families can make a referral to the Tele-Psychiatry Program
Doctors and Counsellors
Children do not have to be in care with an agency to access the service. It is recommended that the child/client access counselling or a doctor that will provide appropriate follow up services.  |
