The Development Therapist will provide direct services and supports to children with intellectual and development disabilities within a trauma informed, culturally safe and rehabilitative framework. The Developmental Therapist will participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans and goal inclusive of the individual, family, and community input.

The Family Counsellor is responsible for the clinical case management for families, children and youth that are referred for their services. The Family Counsellor practices from a strength-based perspective that is incorporated into assessment, service planning, counselling and discharge planning. The Family Counsellor provides brief intensive services as well as ongoing counselling support.

The Intake Coordinator will act as a single point of access for inquiries, intake, coordination and navigation of services for children with complex behavioral needs within a trauma informed, culturally safe and rehabilitative framework.

The Brief Intervention Therapist is responsible for brief intervention and support for children and youth ages 0-18 and their families. The Brief Intervention Therapist will provide Solution Focused Brief Therapy in 1-6 sessions, and will be the first responder in situations of mental health crisis. The goal of the Education Support Staff is to improve educational outcomes for children with active Individual Education Plans and children living with Autism. The Education Support Staff will support students and assist teachers with teaching and non-instructional tasks

The Community Support Technician will assist the First Nation Community Care Teams with mentoring, training and capacity building initiatives in the area of the child welfare prevention and protection services, to maximize service delivery functions and outcomes for children and their families.
